Hallowed Ground Dachshunds was born from a deep love for the dachshund breed and a commitment to their well-being. My first dachshund, at the age of 10, was a red standard smooth named "Brownie". Brownie ignited my passion and love for Dachshunds.
I began my own journey with Dachshunds in 2004 in Alabama where I grew up. Began showing and working on my smooth and long hair line.
Now Nestled in the heart of Pall Mall, Tennessee, on the Cumberland Plateau, my focus is on our cream long haired line, along with my husband.
Our farm is more than just a home; it's a sanctuary where every dachshund receives unparalleled care and attention. Our approach is special because we focus on nurturing happy, healthy, and well-adjusted puppies from the moment they are born. We believe in creating an environment where they can thrive, ensuring they are ready to become cherished members of your family.
This is a key part of our program, as we only keep what we think will be show quality to continue our line from, and those remaining puppies will go only to quality pet homes.

At Hallowed Ground Dachshunds, we prioritize the health and happiness of our dogs above all else.
Our dachshunds are well-socialized from a young age, ensuring they are comfortable and confident around people and other animals. We have barn cats, goats and horses so the pups will be adjusted to other animals and their sounds. As well, we have visitors, so the pups are well rounded and comfortable meeting new people.
We also begin potty training early, giving our puppies a head start in their new homes.
Every dachshund we breed adheres strictly to the AKC standard, ensuring excellence in temperament, health, and conformation.
We are committed to raising exceptional puppies that bring joy and companionship for years to come.
It is important to us that once your dachshund gets to your home, he/she stays there for life.
